What is a Makerspace?

"A Makerspace is a collaborative work space for making, learning, exploring and sharing that uses high-tech to no-tech tools.  These spaces are open to kids, adults, and entrepreneurs and have a variety of maker equipment including 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC machines, soldering irons, and even sewing machines. "

What We Offer

- Eight dedicated spaces to STEAM. This includes labs for Electronics, 3D Printing, Computers & Networking, Biology & Brewing, Ceramics, Woodworking, Forging & Metals Fabrication, and Fibers (sewing/weaving/fabrics ).

- Seven private rooms for makers to safely store their equipment or work independently - All rooms are currently booked 

- Classes taught by expert makers in a variety of crafts

- A large offering of tools including an industrial-size laser cutter, 3D printers, industrial-grade welders, forge & anvils, kilns, metal lathes, soldering stations, desktop stations with Linux installed, a professional table saw, professional sewing machines, WiFi, and compressed air throughout the entire space
