Punching through hot metal is a technique used in a time before drills and other methods for boring holes in metal were possible. Students who take this class will learn and utilize this technique in conjunction with various forms of shaping metal to produce a bottle opener.

This class is designed around the precision students will need to successfully create a working bottle opener while honing their sculpting skills. Though no previous knowledge is required for this course it is suggested that students have a basic understanding of blacksmithing.

About the InstructorClass is taught by Sean Lytle, who has trained extensively with Kenneth of Fire & Brimstone Forge
